The breakfast buffet was generous and had fresh fruit. the location was good for exploring the small town; there were many shops and cafes nearby. I liked the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and how the rooms were well heated during the cold winter.
The Christmas decorations were tacky and the hotel overcharged for everything during the holiday season.

Loved the cozy room with wooden beams and the comfortable bed. The breakfast spread was excellent and the staff was very hospitable. The central location and proximity to the river made it an ideal base for exploring the town.
Some noise disturbance could be heard from adjacent rooms during check-out hours. the family room we were assigned lacked some basic amenities such as an electric kettle and utensils.

The Fachwerk-Hotel Eisenbart Munden pleasantly surprised me with its stunning location in the historic center. Nestled between two merging rivers, this hotel is surrounded by narrow cobblestone roads that add to its charm. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in, even offering directions to their parking lot when my GPS failed me. The level of hospitality I received, especially during the late hour I arrived, was truly exceptional. With affordable prices and a convenient location close to the highway, this hotel is perfect for business travelers. Additionally, the beautiful countryside surrounding the hotel invites guests to explore and engage in outdoor activities like hiking and biking.
All was great!

Our family of four had an exceptional experience at this charming hotel. Nestled between two rivers, it provided the perfect location to enjoy stunning views away from the hustle and bustle of typical tourist areas. We appreciated the comfortable room and spacious, modern bathroom, as well as the attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the lovely courtyard was a wonderful space to relax in. the historic building itself was beautifully restored, with unique features like exposed beams and antique furniture.
The only minor drawback was the limited parking options, but it didn't detract from our overall amazing stay.

We loved the location of the hotel in the heart of the old town, away from the usual touristy places. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and tidy rooms that had wooden beams and nice old furniture. The staff were friendly and hospitable, always willing to help with directions and recommendations for breakfast places nearby. Parking was available for a reasonable rate and the hotel was also located close to the highway - making it perfect for those on business trips.
Nothing not too like.
